Following is the refund policy of Visas Globals:

• The client is entitled to refund of 50% of the fees excluding taxes, in case of rejection in education and/or skill assessment and/or rejection of application by the concerned authorities.
• If the agreement is canceled at the request of either party within one week of the agreement date, Visas Globals will retain a specific amount to cover initial costs and refund the remaining fees to the client.
• Any token or advance payment made for consultancy fees without the signing of an agreement is non-refundable.
• It is emphasized that no refunds will be provided in other cases, including instances of self-withdrawal for any reason, personal loss, job or financial loss, medical reasons, inability to obtain required documents, or pursuing other international opportunities independently, etc.
• Visas Globals maintains a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Customers disputing a valid credit card payment will face permanent blacklisting from using the service. Past due fees and costs will be forwarded to collections, and if collection efforts are unsuccessful, unpaid debts will be reported to all available Credit Reporting Agencies.
• The client acknowledges and agrees that the total invoice amount encompasses the Visas Globals consultation fee and the relevant tax. Nonetheless, any refund will be calculated solely based on the Visas Globals consultation fee, and the tax component is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The service charges set by Visas Globals are independent of market rates and adhere to the company's established standards, to which the client has given their agreement. Any post-registration claims regarding charges being perceived as expensive or similar objections will not be considered. The client is not entitled to contest such claims, as the information has been thoroughly explained and communicated through various channels before registration.
• The client is expected to acknowledge and agree that in the event of abandoning their request or opting out for any reason after signing up, no refund or fee transfer to a friend or relative will be facilitated by Visas Globals.

Visas Globals is an independent Private Limited company and is not affiliated with any government authority, organization, or embassy. We lack the authority to issue permits of any kind.
